Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
